- Key points
Simultaneous internal washing of two 30L to 220L drums using high-pressure, 360° rotating heads on two axes. External washing of the drums is performed using fixed washing ramps (drums mounted on rotating platforms). The drums are rotated by belt drives without the platforms.
Wash chamber made of 304L or 316L stainless steel, accessible via a curtain. The bottom of the chamber has an inclined design to ensure efficient gravity drainage during wash cycles.
Dedicated technical enclosure accessible via a hinged door and removable panels to facilitate maintenance in the lower part of the machine.
Piping and components in contact with rinsing water made of 316L stainless steel with respect to slopes to ensure gravity flow.
Human-machine interface managed via touchscreen. Cycle traceability possible through saving and printing tickets.
6 possible options: Drying, additional utility, clean compressed air purging, additional product injection, traceability by ticket printing, supervision by audit trail and compliance with FDA 21 CFR PART.
