Bus wash tunnel large mirrors
Montanier has developed a washing tunnel for buses with large mirrors. Innovation of a car wash tunnel to wash buses with large mirrors facing the front of the bus. To do this, the layout of the side brush conveyors has been redesigned as well as the structure of the tunnel with the aim that a large retro bus can be washed in parade while maintaining the washing quality and the washing cycle time from 1min to 1min30. In addition, the washing tunnel benefits from an additional installation, the installation of a speed controller in order to control the arrival speed of the bus in the washing tunnel. If the arrival speed is above 5 km/h the washing tunnel does not start. Conversely, if the speed is less than 5 km/h then the washing tunnel is in working order in order to have a quality wash and to avoid any damage to the washing machine and the vehicle.

Drying gantry for telescopic machines
MONTANIER developed a drying gantry for MANITOU's telescopic handlers prior to paint touch-ups. This equipment complements a wash bay. We use an energy-efficient natural gas boiler to heat the gantry. We installed no fewer than nine drying turbines on the gantry: three on each side with wide nozzles, and three turbines with motorized nozzles at the top. To ensure the vehicle is dried as closely as possible, adapting to the geometry of all machines, two 3D cameras control the three nozzles.
