Since 1976, the Montanier teams have continuously innovated to meet their clients' needs.
Initially focused on the roadworks sector, the company quickly expanded into the pharmaceutical and cosmetics industry. Today, it offers the following innovations:

• Expertise in the layout of your laundries to ensure compliance with washing flow requirements.
• cGMP/BPF quality machine design with integrated wash airlock.
• Low pressure or high pressure washing (up to 120 bar) depending on the equipment to be washed and the type of soiling.
• Wash in circulation whenever possible in order to save wash water.
• Recovery of the first wash juices to facilitate the recycling of uncontaminated water.

Drum pump washing booth

Montanier has innovated with a washing booth designed for cleaning drum pumps. This development stems from growing demand in the pharmaceutical and cosmetics markets. These sectors require a machine capable of ensuring repeatable and traceable washing for this type of equipment. This machine is based on a CFL3 flexible washing booth, whose efficiency and reputation are well established. This booth allows for individual internal and external washing of drum pumps using recirculation. Similar to a flexible washing booth, each cleaning procedure is customizable (based on diameter, length, type of soiling, etc.). The ergonomics of use and setup have been designed for user comfort. The tilt of the drum pump within the booth has been optimized for washing and drainage. A drying function is also available, providing equipment ready for immediate use upon exiting the booth. Thanks to this cabin, your drum emptying pumps no longer have any problems being washed.
