Washing tunnel in cycle
Here is an example of a washing tunnel in operation. The high-flow wash ramps ensure optimal efficiency. They facilitate the washing of heavily soiled parts, especially those covered in grease. The internal conveyor allows the parts being washed to oscillate for improved efficiency. Circulating hot water with added caustic soda helps to limit water consumption.

Train parts washing tunnels
Montanier has developed a train parts washing tunnel. This tunnel features dual north/south entrances to accommodate heavy parts. These parts can weigh up to 5 tons in this particular tunnel, but can weigh over 25 tons in some of our manufactured tunnels, such as pallets of various parts. The conveyors allow for operation and ergonomics adapted to the production site.
